Free Kick
Team K is kicking off. They pop the ball up in the air and run down the field. After the ball has traveled 10 yards may they make contact with the receiving team before the ball touches the ground. I understand they cannot make contact with a person attempting to receive the ball and they cannot touch the ball until it has traveled 10 yards (Where can I find these in the rule book).
I am trying to figure out if they can contact those not trying to receive the ball .
