penalty spot
Trying to wrap my head around this one,
team A 3rd and 6 on B35, busted pass play, quarter back runs down field to the 25, defense has a hold on the 32. Hold was on the wide out that I think the play was going to. White hat marked off 10 yards from the spot to the 22. Team B coach argued that it should have been the play or the penalty from the LOS. I had it that it should have been 10 to the end of the run as that is the basic spot for a run play. Do I have it right?
