I think it sucks that we have to pay the unit $100 (C4 moving to C3)to be rated with no guarantee. some officials have tried a few times and are still C4's and a couple Hundred lighter.
Inland Softball and Baseball do ratings for free but limit the number of officials that are rated yearly.
