I thought these we wrong.

Lefty pick-off moves; ?????
This is totally wrong.

Passing;
Definitely wrong.

Substitutions;
"A rule enacted by the MLB says that a player must bat or remain in the game after being announced by the public address system".
Where in the rule book is this?

My book says:
3.07 The umpire-in-chief, after having been notified, shall immediately announce, or cause to be announced, each substitution.
Isn't it the umpire's announcement the author is referring to?

I have comments on some others.

Swing and Miss;
Could be a called third strike.

RBI for a Walk;
I guess the author is concerned literally with the term batted ball.
The batter completed his time at bat and because of this, a run scored. Sounds like an RBI to me.

The one about pine tar is essentially true I guess......Unless you are George Brett.

Ground Rule Triple;
There is no such thing as a "ground rule triple". This is a book rule three base award for detached equipment.

Accidental drop;
It says "......if the ball is accidentally dropped by a pitcher while on the mound, it can be considered as a "balk"".
The author should explain when it is not a balk.
Why is that bizarre?

Bottom line is the author did not have much to do that day and maybe should acquaint himself with the rules before posting this nonsense.
