Camp season is upon us. From what I have been able to determine, evaluators are looking for a few main things.

They eye test- do you look like a referee?

Mechanics- I have come to realize that mechanics is much much more than just making the right signals and order of information to those at the table. It is getting proper angles, rotating/switching when you are supposed to, etc.

And probably most importantly, getting calls right.

Are there any evaluators or anyone at all that has experience with camps that can give advice on the above topics or add other things that are important to make us all look good and be the best officials we can be?
