I have watched many college softball games on TV this year. There is definitely an increase in illegal pitches verses last year. The major schools are the following:

UCLA pitcher leaps
Arizona State pitcher leaps
Alabama pitcher leaps
Georgia pitcher steps onto the pitching plate with hands together or her hands come together immediately after stepping onto the pitching plate.
Michigan pitcher crow hops and then leaps on the same pitch

Can anyone explain why???
