Hey guys, the easiest one I have found is at memegenerator.net. You can browse the different tiers of images across the tabs at the top. Select one, type the top and bottom text into the provided entry boxes on the right, select a language flag, check the box "Upload to imgur", and hit "Generate". Then, copy the new link created below the image and post it as an image here. Easy peasy, japanesy.
