With less than two outs and no runners on base, B1 squares to bunt and pulls the bat back before the ball crosses the plate. In pulling the bat back, B1 makes contact with F2's mitt.
Ruling: F2 did not commit obstruction since she did not hinder or impede B1's attempt to make contact with the pitched ball. B1 may be guilty of interference, if in the umpires judgement she prevented F2 from making a play at first base on a dropped third strike.
