Several criteria dictated him being able to join our association.
* No state association age requirements have ever been defined.
* My son was already certified by ASA, NSA and had umpired several tournaments the last year.
* He looks and acts like he is 18 (mature for his age)
* We needed umpires and looking at our group, he was probably more qualified than some of the older umpires that we have in the association.
