shot attempt
After a shot attempt by team A, the rebound is long and flies to the three point line. Off the bounce player B1 intentionally deflects the ball over player A1 head (a) catches it and makes a pass with out dribbling to B2. (B) catches it and takes a dribble then passes it.
Is there a violation on the play?
