I am sweating..Boys JV and tough competitive game..score tied 37 all and A1 drives the basket for the win and misses shot. Time expires..Coach A jumps off bench looking for foul..I was the Lead and had a no call.

My young partner whacks the coach...

I started the OT with 2ft by B and the ball opposite table side.

3 Questions:

1) Did I start the OT correctly? My thought process was game was tied at end of regulation and technical foul ends with a throw-in by the offended team.

2) Is there ever a circumstance where as the R you would over rule a call of this nature? Or the young buck has to live with it?

3) Coach was bending my ear about being whacked by my partner..he was calm and I listened and let him vent but did not say much..Is there anything I should have said?
