From how I was hearing the commentary, they were leaving it open ended as if either could happen but were unsure.
Concerning the response I've seen from Canadian Facebook friends, it's about time that the Canucks-Flames rivalry got heated. Someone even joked that it's not "Hockey Night in Canada" until a fight breaks out.
