The idiot coach probably stepped on the helmet. Do you know how many trip hazards there are in a typical LL dugout? This yayhoo is liable to sue a kid for dropping his glove on the ground and he trips over it.
Frankly, this peenoid has no business coaching in any youth sport. As a parent, I'd be worried if my kid gave him a boo boo of any sort.
