Illegal dribble?
Player gets an outlook pass and starts to lose his balance. He uses the ball to keep his wide spread feet from moving and looks like a tripod. He then brings the ball to his chest, regains his balance and lifts one foot as he starts a dribble. Is this illegal dribble?
