You might recall that I addressed this issue with the Deputy Director of ASA Umpires.

I think I can comfortably say I've done my share on this issue.

I know that you have because you have always kept the board
updated on items like this, and I and am sure others, applaud
your efforts. . Seems to me since we don't actually buy the books
per say, [ just pay our dues ] they could slack up just a
little.
