Congrats.

Best advice is to call the Honigs nearest you..since that is the only place you can get the IAABO shirt. They can tell you what is selling in your area...and how their pants fit.

Were it me...I would get the 34 and have the tailor who hems them also take in the waist. Prosoft. No requirement for the flag. I have shirts with white, gold and no flag. Ask those on your board what they have (if it matters).
