Certain people may, or may not have been exposed to varying levels of competitive situations. Even in a small town one's ability to manage a game and exorcize good conflict resolution can be challenged (whether its 3000, or 500 many of the same variables apply). A packed house, regardless of size, often creates a different atmosphere, which may create a problem in the performance of some officials.
