#1. 3 points....only because the defender was at the source of the pass and it would be impossible to tell if it would have gone in or not at that point. If the defender was at the point of the alley oop reception, you've either got goaltending for 3 points if you think it could have been a try and it still has a chance to go in or you have 2 points for the defender tapping the ball into the basket.
