Play 1) All involved get flagrant Ts and are DQd. Player Ts offset. For bench leaving but not participating, A's coach gets 1 indirect T (total) and B is awarded 2 FTs. For bench leaving and particpating, B's coach gets 1 indirect each, and A is awarded 2 FTs for each. Offset the FTs and A shoots 2 *(x-1) FTs and gets the ball. (IF x=1, then no FTs of course). (So if it's 4 from each team, then B coach is DQd and A shoots 6 FTs)

Play 2) Same for the players. For leaving and not participating: since the numbers don't offset, the same logic as above applies, but B's coach also gets an indirect T. (So if it's 4 from A and 3+1 from B, then A shoots 4 FTs)
