Then you have a TD by Team A. Team A can take the B BBW penalty on the try or kick off.

Team A's foul can be by B enforced the same way as it is a scoring play foul.

It is really going to depend what each team accepts. You would either kickoff from the same spot or you give the offense half the distance to the goal or take them back 15 yards on the try. Or you could have a kick off from the A25 or B45.

All of this is in 8-2-3 and 8-2-4.
