And that said, the clock should stop on the whistle. If the whistle is blown before the horn and the official sees any amount of time remaining on the clock, then time hasn't expired. The shot will count, time will be put back on the clock, and 1 FT will be awarded with players along the lane as in any other FT. But, if the whistle is practically simultaneous with the horn (just before), then there will be no correction.
