Segura tries to steal 2nd - TWICE!

I would be interested in some of you opinions of this unusual play that happened in a game early this season between the Cubs and Brewers.

Watch the video:
Segura's baserunning adventures - YouTube

If you were the umpire, would you allow Segura to remain at 1st after he had already successfully stolen 2nd several pitches prior?

Would you invoke OBR 7.01 that prohibits runners from going back to a previous base after the pitcher assumes the pitching position?

Would you invoke OBR 7.08(i) that prohibits runners from running the bases backwards unless certain conditions exist?

Would you say that Segura had abandoned the bases and call him out?

What do you think of this play?
