These old school guys were wearing whatever the one pair of black pants they felt obligated to buy were made of. The complaints weren't so much about the heat, one guy thinks the black pants are baggy and just don't look right, and the other guy just likes knickers.
I am thankful they are all great officials- that's what really matters!
