In all of the Rules that I work, this is an appeal play (NCAA: 12.10.2; NFHS: 8.6.6 Penalty; ASA: 8.7.F Effect) and the run scores (NCAA: 6.1.3.2; NFHS: 9.1.1d (not a force out on this particular appeal play), Case Book 9.1.1 Situation G; ASA: 5.5.B.2, R/S #43).
And I am confident the run scores in all Rules sets.
