Looking for some help from my Northern colleagues-have been asked to help formulate some ideas around a referee academy for female officials-have a few ideas.
Online modules
weekend camps
international officiating
preofessional development opportunities domestically
sports psychology. etc
Can anyone point me in the direction of any links or current programs that may be similar?
