You didn't give any other info ... so:

Assuming this LBR happened between 2nd and 3rd (where the OBS was), and assuming the award was not going to be home ... OBS trumps.

If the award was only going to be 2nd or 3rd base, and the LBR happened after third - the runner would be out on the LBR.
