Per the 2012 – 2013 NFHS Officials Manual … Positions on a Free Kick after a Fair Catch are the same as Kickoff mechanics for a five man crew
Referee behind “his upright”
Line judge behind “his upright” (also rules on crossbar)
Linesman & Umpire have R’s free kick line
Back Judge has K’s free kick line
