Semi-final of tourney today, we are working three man system. I got dish, 2cd year guy is U1(very good newbie) and assignor(PONY world series ump) is U2. Before game we go over the mechanics and such, I propose "he who f$$$$ up first, buys the beer". R3, BR hits shot to F4, he comes home with it, I am FBL ext, ball hit F2 in shin as R3 slides in safe. Br rounds first, (U2 is sleeeeeeping), Br goes for second, U2 wakes up. Only gets bout to wide "C" and U1 takes Br into second for safe call on throw back from F2. D coach asks for time and goes to U1, he gets U2 and they manage to get this guy to believe it was U1's call. I got big smile on....point to U2 before next batter.....YOU LOSE!!!!! Fun tourney...and 250 clams for the weekend, oh and lotsa free BBQ!!!!! and some sunburn...
