Of course, you are entitled to your opinion. If you notice, there is room for some personality in softball umpires. Each umpire has their own variation of a called strike three or a sell out call, for example.
I will agree that some umpires look like robots, but then again, this isn't MLB, where the umpire is expected to be part of the show.
