There's nothing like this in any organization's code I've worked, with the exception of Dixie 8U - and I worked that about 12 years ago so it could have changed since then.
Consider this - no ruleset prevents a team from stationing ALL of it's players in the infield... or all of them but the pitcher in the outfield. The pitcher and catcher are required to be places - but everyone else is simply required to be in fair territory. You can create whatever defensive alignment you want. 4 infielders and 3 outfielders is traditional, and normal... but certainly not required.
