I said the same thing to some cheerleaders this year. There were 17 of them along the baseline area!! Talked to them during a dead ball in the first quarter.
During break between first and second quarters, large angry woman confronts me and wants to know why I am "threatening her girls"...long story short, the AD kicked his own Cheerleading Coach out of the gym for the night, and then he went over and told the cheerleaders to stay out of the way!
