While I agree with this ... it is completely possible that the celebration continues to such a point that a T is called for. But I can only see calling this if it ventures into taunting the opponent (meaning a specific action someone is doing to taunt an opponent), someone says something T-worthy to an official ("See, look at that - even your lousy calls couldn't steal the game from us!") or if it goes on for so long that it interferes with getting the overtime going.
So in the OP, I've got nothing, and most good officials have nothing. And 30 second later we STILL got nothing. But if SOMETHING happens and you
have to call a T between the 4th period and the beginning of OT, you would administer them to start the OT.
