My reference to ASA POE 23 was the response received
from our intrepreter about NFHS and ASA.
In spite of my earlier personal opinions (May 2nd, 2003 10:21 AM and May 3rd, 2003 03:32 PM); I will abide by it being interference until I hear otherwise, so I guess we all should.
