These are pretty notable rule changes, particularly on free kicks. I hope these filter down to teams quickly, or were going to see IFK goals called back, despite the claims of "but I stepped on it"!
I love the legalization of electronic devices. That rule never made sense to me.
I don't like subs having to check in after a goal. That was a short-lived change. I wonder why it changed back.
This could make for some longer pre-games, especially at season's start.
