At regular speed I have a block as the contact appears to be mostly in the extended leg.
Frame by frame I see LGP established. However, at the point of contact the B player appears to be moving towards the A player and it still looks like the majority of the contact is in the leg (thigh area) of the left leg that is extended beyond the frame.
But then, I have noticed a tendency on my part to default to a block and it is something that I am working on this season. The Ohio State training video for this year has some excellent examples of PC fouls that I would have called as blocks. I will be bringing this video for discussion to our association meeting.
