Eh, I don't know. I'm not sure you want him correcting that particular announcement. He said, "Repeat 2nd down". Do you want him to stop things just to say, "oh, sorry bout that. The previous play was first down, and the penalty carried a Loss of Down, so it's still 2nd down. Well, err... not STILL 2nd down, but it's NOW 2nd down... err.... you know what I mean, right?"
