NCCAA has two divisions. NCCAA-I does allow the option for athletic aid (although some NCCAA D2-eligible schools can opt up to D1) and NCCAA-II does not allow athletic aid, if I remember correctly.

I used to be involved with another small college association whose members often played NCCAA schools. One of our past members became infamous for giving up 201 points a few years ago.
