So then under 5-6-2 Excp. 4, the free throws would be administered and the look to the AP arrow to determine possession rather than the team that just shot the technical free throws, because the penalty does not carry over?
And just out of curiosity, why is this the case? If the official had held his whistle for another second or two until after the horn to blow the tech so it was technically during intermission (the player's berating of the official began prior to the horn and continued after the horn) team B would have gotten the shots and the ball and maintained AP, but because he blew it prior to or simultaneous with the horn, team B does not get the full benefit provided by the penalty.
