If it was a homicide I will come and get it. If it was something that just looked bad from where I was standing then I will ASK my partner about the play. If his response is "
That coach is out of his mind if he thinks I was going to call that foul with 1 minute left. The player got fouled but he should have made the layup the first time. " then depending on the dynamics of our relationship I will respond with something showing that I don't necessarily agree.
However, nowhere in the
OP do I see anything that indicates that the poster told his parther that he "missed a call".
