Blood/sub ?
Kid gets blood on jersey.
Can they clean it off the best they can, then return if it still looks smeared?
Can they put on an unused jersey without penalty?
Can they take a jersey off an active player who has or hasn't played in tbe game?
Wear an away jersey rather than home?
