The only rule sets I'm aware of that has FSPR is FED and NCAA Baseball. I don't know of any other baseball or softball organizations that have such a rule. It appears it doesn't exist in NSA.
For those organizations that don't have FSPR, a runner may slide into the pivotperson on the double play if he/she executes a legal slide (e.g., no rolling block or raised foot) and can still reach the base.
