Sunburn is a HUGE issue. Human skin is nearly 50% water. Every time I have had a partner go down, he happened to also be sunburned. Once this happens, there really is no way to recover that water...your skin is dehydrated and you are likely in trouble.

There is a great new sunscreen that you can put on wet skin. Neutrogena has it and I love it. There may be other brands, as well.

I have never tried the pickle juice...uggh
I first heard of pickle juice as it helps prevent cramping..
I've never had a cramping problem during a game, but sometimes have been awaken during the night with excruciating cramps I'm my lower legs.
Never after I had been drinking pickle juice during the game
