Basically, USFA anything goes.
The USFA rulebook is basically an addendum to Fed rules. Most of the actual differences are things that don't matter to the umpire in a normal game (like, the type of spikes that are legal at different ages). The biggest deviation from what you're used to at ASA is at 8U, and the differences are large. At other ages, go by Fed as far as gameplay goes and you're good.

PS - IFF is NOT different at USFA than ASA.
