Interference exception

Down this road again because I could not find the last time.

We often say the there is no INT or OBS in the situation when on a bunt or dribbler the catcher come out to field and the BR is in the way or the catcher ends up in the BR way.
Do you agree that the same principle/exception applies when the fielder is F3, instead of F2, within a few steps of the plate?

Any book you prefer.
