The latest ESPN Mag had an article about Jay Williams and other former Dukies who are struggling with the adjustment of playing in the NBA. For instance, before free throws were to be shot, Williams (out of habit, I guess) called a mini-huddle. No one moved. After buying into Coach K's philosophy for three years, Williams is struggling with the me-first approach taken in the NBA.
