Here I go, spruiking...
I like the idea of all levels posting to the same board. It gives the less-experienced umpires a chance to see what the more-experienced guys think about things - and WHY.
As far as getting the high-visibility guys to contribute, has the Board contacted them? I knew nothing of this site until a fellow umpire told me about it. Some of the umpires we'd like to see probably don't even know about the Board. We could all post a few names we'd like to see, and those folks could be contacted by the Powers that be -
