When do you rain out
There is some truth to the regional stereotype that it rain a lot in the Pacific northwest, well at least on this side of the mountains it does. As the ol’ saying goes, “April showers bring May showers.” What criteria do you use to determine the field is unsafe to play? How much rain is too much rain?
