ASA has it available for download here, but the file is corrupt. It can't be read by PowerPoint 2003, 2007, or OpenOffice. (The page containing the download link is here.)
Does anyone have a good copy you could email to me? I need it today.
The pdf version is there, too, but with all the photo overlays in the slides, it is pretty much useless for use in a clinic. |
