You mean when the French Navy finally showed up to keep Lord Cornwallis from escaping from Yorktown.
Not long ago I saw a World War II French Army rifle on sale on eBay; it have never been used and only dropped once.
I am not a amateur WW2 historian (I am an amateurish WW2 historian) but my favorite ready is the history of WW2, and the French underground should be commended for its actions during The War, but in many aspects when it comes to the French nation, during WW2, really owes it survival to the Anglo-American Alliance (USA, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), and the Dutch and Polish governments in exile.
