This official is one one of these guys that has one year of experience 20 times! He thought he had opened up his zone and his comment to me walking off the field was, "At least we had a good night." I wanted to come unglued but since I only work with him maybe once a year I couldn't bring myself to try and do a after game evaluation. I've tried before, he very politely listens smiles and goes home then repeats his mistakes the next game.
